1) You have been served with legal papers = you are being sued;
2) Your wages and/or bank accounts have been garnished;

5) You are already 30 days + behind on bills and don’t know how you are going to make it through this month.

YELLOW ZONE Yes No
1) The pressure from creditors is unbearable;
2) You are living on the edge each month and an unexpected expense will slide you out of control;
3) You only pay the minimum amounts and still need to max out your credit cards to meet your
     household expenses; and/or
4) You are considering or have borrowed $$ from your retirement, friends or family to keep it
    all going temporarily
If you answered yes to any of the above questions you are in the YELLOW ZONE where you need to determine your options within the next 30 to 60 days



GREEN ZONE Yes No
1) You are current on bills, maybe even overpaying each month, but you continue to use your
    credit cards and have begun to transfer balances for lower interest rates;
2) You have a change of employment anticipated such as a job change, loss of employment or
    loss of overtime which will impact your ability to keep the status quo;
3) Your mortgage has an ARM adjustment looming or you have a forbearance/workout; and/or
4) You expect to enter the yellow or red zones within the next three months.
