2) You have a change of employment anticipated such as a job change, loss of employment orloss of overtime which will impact your ability to keep the status quo;
3) Your mortgage has an ARM adjustment looming or you have a forbearance/workout; and/or
4) You expect to enter the yellow or red zones within the next three months.
